These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use and purchase of our car product(s) (“Product”). By purchasing or using our Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

We strive to ensure that all product details, descriptions, and prices on our website and packaging are accurate. However, minor variations in colour, design, or specifications may occur due to manufacturing or display differences.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any Product without prior notice.

• Orders are accepted subject to availability.
• All prices are listed in [AUD] and include taxes as specified.
• Payment must be made in full before dispatch unless otherwise agreed.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

• Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
• We are not responsible for delays due to courier services, customs, or unforeseen events.
• Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery of the Product.

Our Products come with a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use. This warranty does not cover:

• Damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorised modifications.
• Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage.
• Use contrary to the Product’s instructions.

To claim warranty service, contact us at support@3dplates.com.au with proof of purchase and a description of the issue.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Product.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Product.

You are responsible for ensuring the Product is used safely and in compliance with all applicable vehicle regulations.

We are not liable for damages or accidents resulting from improper installation or misuse.

All trademarks, logos, product names, and materials are the intellectual property of 3D Plates or its licensors.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any materials without our written consent.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, New South Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
