Returns

Items can be returned within 28 days from the invoice date.

CONDITION OF RETURNS:

• All letters and numbers must undamaged and returned in the original packaging.
• Original sales invoice must be included with the completed Returns form including reason for the return.
• Upon receipt, verification and acceptance by 3D plates your return meets conditions, you will receive e-mail confirmation.
• Please allow up to 30 business days (from receipt of your return) for funds to be credited to your account.
